Cleveland Branch NAACP Complaint Intake

This Intake Assistant is a joint project of Ohio Legal Help and the Cleveland Branch of the NAACP. The Assistant will help you complete the necessary information for the Cleveland Branch NAACP to review your request for help.

It will take about 15 minutes to complete the intake interview.
